2. Visiting this website
The website presents music and audio projects. You do not need an account. This version has no contact form, newsletter, advertising pixels or website analytics installed by the operator. Fonts, photographs, logos and the opener video are served with the website itself; viewing them does not load a third-party media player.
Hosting on OpenAI Sites
This version of the portfolio is published through OpenAI Sites. Delivering and securing the website involves processing technical request data such as your IP address, requested page, browser information and request time by the hosting platform and its infrastructure providers. The operator’s purpose is to provide a reliable and secure portfolio, based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
OpenAI’s privacy policy describes its platform processing, recipients, international transfers and retention criteria. Processing may involve countries outside the EEA, including the USA. Retention depends on the service, the data and applicable security and legal requirements. The operator does not maintain a separate visitor-log archive. Platform processing is separate from the optional third-party media described below.
3. Contact by email
If you email the operator, your email address, message, any name and attachments you provide are processed to handle and respond to your enquiry. Depending on the enquiry, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps at your request before a contract, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for the legitimate interest in answering other correspondence.
The published address uses Gmail, a Google service. Email therefore involves Google as well as the providers involved in sending your message; it is not accurate to promise that email data are never handled by third parties. For EEA users, Google’s privacy information identifies Google Ireland Limited. See Google’s privacy policy.
Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to resolve the enquiry and any related follow-up. Where legal retention duties apply, the relevant records are retained for that period under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Data necessary for establishing, exercising or defending legal claims may be retained for that purpose. Please do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
4. Cookies and browser storage
The website’s own code does not set cookies or use localStorage or sessionStorage. Embedded third-party players may use cookies, similar storage or identifiers. There is no media-consent prompt on this version of the website.
5. Embedded video and audio players
Project pages embed YouTube, Vimeo, Spotify or SoundCloud directly. When a page containing a player is opened, a connection to that provider is established before playback and without a prior consent request on this website. The provider receives your IP address and technical browser/request information and may process device identifiers and playback interactions. If you are signed in with the provider, it may associate activity with your account.
The players let visitors watch or listen to the projects. Merely visiting this website does not constitute consent. This privacy notice describes the processing; it does not replace consent where legally required. Provider-specific purposes, legal bases, retention and privacy controls are described in the following policies:
- YouTube: Google Ireland Limited / Google group. The embed uses youtube-nocookie.com; this does not mean that loading it is free of personal-data processing. Google privacy information.
- Vimeo: Vimeo.com, Inc., USA. Vimeo privacy information.
- Spotify: Spotify AB, Sweden. Spotify privacy information.
- SoundCloud: SoundCloud Global Limited & Co. KG, Germany, and relevant affiliates. SoundCloud privacy information.
These services may process data outside the EEA, including in the USA. Their policies explain the applicable countries and transfer mechanisms, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. A playback choice is not a blanket waiver of GDPR transfer safeguards. Further information about safeguards and how to obtain a copy is available in the linked provider policies or from the controller.
6. External links
Instagram, Spotify, project websites and other external links are ordinary links, not automatically loaded social plugins. Clicking an external link takes you to that provider, where its privacy information applies.
7. Your rights
Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Where processing relies on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation under Article 21 GDPR. Providing data is voluntary; without the information needed to answer an enquiry, the operator may be unable to respond.
Contact the controller above to exercise your rights. Requests are generally answered within one month; permitted extensions will be explained. This website does not carry out automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects.
You may complain to a supervisory authority, particularly where you live, work or consider an infringement to have occurred. In Austria: Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna; dsb@dsb.gv.at; complaint information.
